Exhibiting at ecomobiel
By participating in ecomobiel as an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to talk to interested professionals, enter into cooperative ventures, acquire new leads, generate greater name recognition, maintain and manage existing relationships, and take part in a wide variety of workshops and discussions.
This year, once again, your opportunities to make contact with potential clients and business contacts will not be limited to the trade fair itself. Our online matching of visitors to exhibitors will provide you with a list of people interested in your specific area of expertise prior to the fair. This will allow you, for example, to send all those people a targeted invitation before the fair to attend a debate or workshop, or you can contact them after the fair if you did not have the opportunity to see each other during the fair.
Participation in the trade fair is only the first step; making a success of your participation and getting the most out of it requires much more. A few tips for successful participation are given below:
- Invite members of the press and show them something exclusive and new to maximise your media exposure.
- Make appointments with prospects before the fair so that you can use your stand as a mobile office. We can also assist you in doing so.
- Use the name and address information available from our matching system to access data on individuals and companies interested in your products before the fair
- During the fair, schedule appointments for test drives after the fair.
- Make use of The Actor Company, for instance, to attract people to your stand: www.acteurs.nl
- And perhaps most importantly of all, invite your prospects, leads and clients in advance! As an exhibitor, you will receive an ample number of admission tickets for your business contacts as well as a registration link plus banner for your website.

Price: €8,995
Floor space only without any construction
If you would like to install your own stand, you can reserve the necessary number of metres of floor space on the exhibition floor.* You (or your stand builder) are then responsible for dealing with items such as stand construction, carpeting, electricity, lighting etc.
Price free metres: € 170 per m2
*The minimum number of square metres of floor space that can be reserved for this purpose is 20 m². Your stand design will then have to be submitted to the organisation for approval no later than the beginning of September.
Vehicle on the test & drive circuit in HALL 1
The option of having your vehicle on the test & drive circuit includes:
- Vehicle present on the test & drive circuit in HALL 1
- The use of the test & drive counter for reservations
- Your name next to the vehicle
Price: €695 (only possible in combination with a stand)
Also ask us about the possibility of having your vehicle participate in the ecomobiel rally. You can also allow your clients and/or interesting leads to sit in your vehicle during the rally.
Vehicle on the outdoor grounds
The following prices apply to exhibiting vehicles on the outdoor grounds:

| Exhibiting a large vehicle (> 12 m²) | € 995,- |
The option of exhibiting a vehicle on the outdoor grounds is possible only in combination with a stand on the exhibition floor.
Stand on Public Sector Square (only for municipalities)
