  Fleet electrification only works when infrastructure and software are designed together. This practical session brings together depot charging, smart charging, microgrids, solar, batteries and energy management to show how fleets can scale despite net congestion.

  VEV will explain how the right hardware creates capacity, while intelligent software ensures that capacity is used effectively. Attendees will see how an integrated approach can reduce grid pressure, improve vehicle readiness, control energy costs and support long-term growth. The session will help operators move from individual charging decisions to a joined-up electrification strategy for the next 10 years.
